i found this amazing post on Instagram, that i decided to do!
and i guess you guys can do it too.
Ive been trying it out for the past 6 days and I tell you, i can see the changes already.
Its really easy!
You basically start with 50 squats and each day you add 5 more each day.
Then keep following the instructions!
Lets see how many of you make it!
